Yes, you will need to register an account to use some of the Services available to you on the Site. You can setup your account at the time of your checkout or by clicking on My Account icon at top right menu.
We accept payments made by Visa, MasterCard, Alipay and WeChat Pay via Stripe, our secure payment processor provider.
We also accept International Wire or Local Bank Money Transfer on all orders. Please pay the exact total amount to our bank including all related bank and handling fees with the following bank information:

– Please send us your bank transfer receipt proof and reference your order ID to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
– Goods will only be delivered after funds have been confirmed received into our bank.
– If your payment is not received within 5 working days, your order maybe cancelled.
Delivery / Self-pickup
Presently we deliver only to addresses within Hong Kong & Macau including outlying islands (except PO Box addresses). Our orders are sent via courier service provided by SF Express depends on the area and must be signed for upon delivery. You may also opt to pick-up your order from our store – details available on checkout.
We hope to offer worldwide shipping for online orders as soon as possible. If you plan to place a custom-order request, then we can arrange the best and most effective way to ship for you.
We endeavour to dispatch in-stock product orders within 24 hours after your order has been placed and your payment has been recieved by us. You will receive an email from us to confirm your order has been packed and ready for delivery or self-pickup from our store.
Local Hong Kong shipping cost is charged a flat-fee of HK$50.00 plus an additional insurance fee calculated at 0.6% based on your total order amount for up to 1.0 KG shipment.
Goods sold may be exchanged, subject to stock availability or returned within 7 days of purchase provided that the original invoice and completed exchange-return request form is presented. Made-to-Order items cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned once your order is confirmed.
Refunds for online purchases will not include refunds towards shipping, taxes and duties, if any. Refunds for Merchandise purchased with a gift card will be credited back to the existing gift card of the customer, no cash refunds will be given towards a gift card purchase. Any voucher that is redeemed for an online purchase will be refunded less the net value of the voucher.

For online purchases, all exchange or returns must be sent via DHL or SF Express, fully insured for the value of merchandise. Exchange or return’s for an in-store purchase can only made at RS Jewellers store where your purchase was made at.
